Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We understand that sizing and color preferences may vary. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return following our return process guidelines. Once your return is processed and approved, you can place a new order for the desired item. This way, you can receive your preferred item as quickly as possible.
